From the very first time one of our Care Givers walks into your home, our focus is on you. We want to know what your challenges are and what you would like us to help you achieve. We’ll do our very best to make you feel comfortable and confident you have been understood and about to receive quality care. Family Members are welcome to attend all appointments with new clients. At the initial visit, we will provide a comprehensive plan for what we believe are the most appropriate care options.
Your questions and feedback are highly encouraged, so please let us know any concerns as we want to transparently know the most efficient way we can care for you. We’ll let you know our honest feedback and between us we’ll get it right. Angel’s Advocate has a solid reputation in providing timely, appropriate and quality home care, so it’s our mission to ensure our Option-1 promise is met.
If we observe other solutions that we believe are best for you, we will provide you with appropriate options. During this time we’ll be able to ask any direct questions or refer you to the office as needed to discuss fees and additional payment options.
We encourage all new Care Givers to arrive 10-minutes prior to their appointment time, so if this is a challenge please let us know. If you haven’t already done so online, we may require you fill out any necessary paperwork. Be rest assured that all information is kept securely and is collected solely to ensure the quality care we will provide.
